It was a very good experience. Every employee we were in contact with was very pleasant and helpful.
This hotel surprised me a little. The exterior does not have green space but it was well maintained. The lobby was bright, cheerful and inviting. The front desk staff were always pleasant and smiling. The room was very clean. The crisp white linens and bed coverings made a wonderful first impression. Carpets were a nice pattern and the overall size of the room was spacious.(2 queen beds). The bathroom was spotless, Dove products in the shower and at the sinks was a nice touch too. I would highly recommend. Just be aware if you need to make a special request like we did regarding our “emotional support” pups, they have a very strict policy. We booked through Booking.com, received the waiver only to find out the hotel would not honor the approval. The pet fee is nonrefundable too. Just be sure you deal directly with the hotel for any special requests and have it in writing.
